However, our thoughts are often influenced by limiting beliefs which are frequently born out of subconscious programming from an early age. What starts out as a very positive and worthwile idea can soon be corrupted as the  
pre-programmed reactive response kicks in and convinces us that we:  
 
* Cannot do that  
* Have never been able to do that  
* Are this way and can never change  
* Have always been anxious  
* Alway react that way  
* Cannot be what we are not  
 
Can you relate to that?  
 
Well, if you can then I want you to no that it doesn't have to be that way.
